In over two decades of training people I’ve found that our niche is definitely teaching people how to overcome obstacles and excuses that hinder their progress or stop them from even starting. Many people come to us wanting to get active and stay active, many of which have tried different programs that worked for a short period of time. Our goal is to train you for a lifetime.  Our average member stays with us 6 months to a year. Once being healthy is a habit it will no longer be a task but a lifestyle. I have developed programs that constantly adapt to the needs of my new clients. The solution has always been self empowerment. Thus, If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.

Universal takes a different approach to training than your average PT.  They gets to know the person and their individual needs on a personal level getting to know your limits and boundaries. Always pushing the envelope while keeping you motivated. The workout vary in discipline and intensity. Working up in steps bringing you to your goal in a way that's fun, educating, and inspiring. If you want change and you want to keep it interesting and fun this is your place.

I stumbled across Jason at Universal Strength Club and from an ad he had on groupon. And I'm so glad I did. From day one, he has been an excellent trainer, big brother, and teacher for my 13yr old son who is wanting to get stronger for basketball. He has done everything he said he was going to do and more. Not only am I a happpy parent, my son is A happy kid with the progress he is making. Varsity bound as a freshman.

Jason really has been heaven sent . He is the best trainer out there. He is the nicest meanest trainer I ever met. He is passionate about helping people not just physically but mentally and emotionally. He pushes me to the limit every session and keeps me in encourage.
